When creating an account on the Young@Work mobile application, we may collect in particular:

• First and last name;
• Email address;
• Phone number;
• Address;
• Date of birth;
• School or university;
• Education;
• Professional experience;
• Skills;
• Availability;
• CV and uploaded documents;
• Applications sent via the platform.

This information allows employers to view your profile when you apply for their job offers.

For companies

When creating a company account on our web platform, we collect in particular:

• Company name;
• Company or VAT number;
• Address;
• Contact details;
• Name of contact persons;
• Business email address;
• Phone number;
• Information required to publish job offers.

Companies can then manage their job offers as well as the applications received.

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account;
• Enable connections between applicants and employers;
• Publish job offers;
• Manage applications;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the platform;
• Improve our services;
• Respond to your support requests;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Processing is based on:

• The performance of the contract when using our platform;
• Your consent where required;
• Our legitimate interest in ensuring the security, improvement and proper functioning of our services;

The data is only accessible to:

• Authorised Young@Work staff;
• Companies to which an applicant chooses to send their application;
• Our technical service providers where necessary for the operation of the service (hosting, maintenance, cloud services, analytics tools);
• Publication of job offers on our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook social networks).

All our partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Users can delete their account at any time.

Applicants

From the mobile application, you can delete your account by going to:

Settings > Delete my account

Deletion results in particular in the erasure of:

• The profile;
• The contact details;
• The CV;
• The applications sent;
• The personal information associated with the account.

The data is deleted from our systems as soon as the account is deleted.

Companies

Companies can delete their account directly from their management area.

This deletion results in the removal of the account from our systems as well as the associated information, including the published job offers.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against:

• Unauthorised access;
• Loss;
• Alteration;
• Accidental disclosure.

Our site may use cookies in order to:

• Ensure its proper functioning;
• Remember your preferences;
• Compile traffic statistics;
• Improve your user experience.

Where required by regulation, your consent is requested before non-essential cookies are placed.

Young@Work may use services provided by Google, in particular:

• Google Analytics;
• Google Tag Manager;
• Google Ads.
